GARDEN_EXE - a vaporwave-themed win95 game

greetings, netizen! come and play garden.exe, a chill and a e s t h e t i c gardening sim. for full immersion, it is recommended you play this game fullscreen.

how to play:

b o o t i n g :

u gotta click the desktop icon to play the game. (duh)

m e c h a n i c s :

watering:

equip the watering can by clicking on refill.exe in the top-left corner.
u can also refill the watering can by clicking on refill.exe.
the window on the left tells u how much water u have left.

water plants by clicking on their corresponding WaterMe! windows.
dont let the plants run out of water!

and thats about it! although, theres probably some other things u gotta know...

viruses:

yeah... i clicked on some dodgy things while i was downloading stuff from napster. dont judge me.

viruses will attack plants. not good!! watch for warning signs and act quickly.
lucky for u, i installed an antivirus!!! equip THE_BIBLE by clicking on the holyAntiVirus.exe window in the top-right corner. neat, huh?
click viruses using THE_BIBLE to kill them. three times should do the trick.

popups:

cuz of all the viruses, u miiight get some popups. i dont *think* they're harmful, but theyre sure as hell annoying. just click the lil 'x' in the corner to close them.

ram:

one last teensy little thing (i know i know... i promise this is the last thing, kay?) garden.exe only exists in RAM. that means NOTHING IS PERMANENT. as other processes slowly overwrite the game in memory, well... lets just say things might get a lil glitchy on screen. the more you play, the harder it gets to see. look, i know what ur thinking, but i promise its fun ok!!

alright ill be honest. it's inevitable that ull bluescreen eventually. i mean, RAM isn't exactly infinite. if this happens, just... reboot ur pc! and let me know what error code u got, i'll take it as ur score ;)
